Hillary Culp
School Director/ Primary Guide
Hillary has been the Director at CMS since 2017. She completed her AMI Montessori Administrator's Certificate in March 2021. Hillary is currently enrolled in the AMI Primary training with Montessori Institute of North Texas. Before she worked at CMS she served as the Board President for 2 years. She enjoys mountain biking, spending time with her family, and cooking.
Jessica Sherwood
Upper Elementary Guide
Jessica started working at CMS as a Primary Assistant. She received her AMI Elementary Certificate from the Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies in August 2023. Jessica enjoys horses, playing the piano and reading.
Amy Roark
Lower Elementary Guide
Amy has been involved in all types of education including teaching and behavior interventions in public, homeschool, international boarding school, and now CMS! Amy completed her AMI Elementary Training from Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies in June 2025. Outside of school, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, playing board and card games, paddleboarding, cross country skiing, and scrapbooking.
Olivia Loreto
Administrator
Olivia takes care of the office tasks at CMS. She also helps in the classroom as needed and supports reading. She has completed the “Montessori and the Science of Reading” course through Trillium Montessori. She first learned about Montessori when her children attended in 2020. She saw the difference in the education and never looked back!
